People with lifelong disabilities are a
vital part of our community. Babcock Center provides
them with the training and skills necessary for
their personal success–making them contributors to
Columbia’s economic growth. Babcock Center operates
105 facilities and employs more than 1,200 people throughout
the Midlands.
We provide residential and vocational
support to more than 1,100 individuals with mental
retardation, autism, spinal cord and head injuries
and related lifelong disabilities. At Babcock Center, we believe
that all people have the right to choose how they learn, live,
work and play.
